Every visible web agency in the UAE leads with a number — “from AED 999”, “starting at AED 1,500” — because comparison-shopping is how most people actually begin looking for this kind of work. This site avoided publishing a number for the opposite reason: a website, a CRM system and an API integration are different shapes of work, and one figure printed on a page cannot honestly describe all three.
What follows are the real starting points for the three most-asked-about services here, set at the minimum a working, fixed-scope build actually requires — not a marketing anchor designed to be beaten by the final invoice.
Why there's no one number
A website, a CRM system and an API integration are three different shapes of work.
A one-page site for a single service is not the same job as a booking platform with online payments, and a CRM that only has to log an enquiry is not the same job as one that merges leads from five different websites into a single view. Printing one price across all of that would either overstate the simple job or understate the complex one.
So instead: three real minimums below, each one the lowest a working, fixed-scope version of that service actually costs to build properly. Anything more involved than the minimum is priced after a short scope conversation, not guessed at in advance.
Websites
A website starts at AED 500.
That covers a small, fixed-scope build: a handful of pages, a clear structure, a mobile-first layout, and the basic technical setup a search engine needs to find and trust the page. It is a real, deliverable starting point, not a number designed to be beaten by the final invoice.
- More pages, or content that needs writing rather than just placing
- A content management system, so pages can be edited without a developer
- Custom design work beyond a proven template
- E-commerce, online payments, or UAE VAT-compliant invoicing
- Bilingual Arabic/English content and layout
- Integrations with a CRM, booking system or third-party API
CRM systems
A CRM system starts at AED 2,500.
At that minimum, an enquiry from one source lands in one place, stays visible to one owner, and its status stays current — the basic loop that stops a lead from being read once and forgotten. It is a working system, not a spreadsheet with a new name.
- Aggregating enquiries from multiple websites into one view (see the LeadCenter case study)
- Multiple users, roles or permission levels
- Custom automations — reminders, assignment rules, follow-up sequences
- Integrations with email, WhatsApp, payment or accounting tools
- Migrating existing historical data from spreadsheets or another system
API integration
An API integration starts at AED 2,000.
The minimum covers one well-documented endpoint connected in one direction — pulling or pushing a single kind of data reliably, with basic error handling and logging so a failure is visible instead of silent.
- Authentication complexity — OAuth flows, token refresh, per-client scopes
- Two-way sync instead of one direction
- Rate limits, pagination or bulk historical data a simple call can't handle
- Webhooks, real-time events or queued processing
- Ongoing monitoring after launch, rather than a one-time connection
Getting a real number
The starting price is not the price you pay — a quote is.
These three figures are working minimums, not a price list for every situation. Because they are minimums, most real projects cost more than the number above — the honest way to find out how much more is a short conversation about what the project actually needs, not a calculator that guesses.
If you want evidence before that conversation, the free tools work without a form: the Full Site Audit and Website Health Scanner both give a real, evidence-based starting point for what a project needs.
