1. Acceptance

By using the public website or its tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

2. Informational nature

Public content, case studies, articles and tool results are provided for general information and practical diagnostic support. They are not legal, financial, compliance, penetration-testing or professional certification services, and they should not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision.

3. Public tools

You may use the five public tools only for public websites or domains that you own or are authorized to check. Results are best-effort observations based on bounded public evidence available at the time of the request.

• Website and SEO checks do not guarantee security, accessibility certification, legal compliance, indexation or search ranking.
• DNS and email-health results do not guarantee inbox placement, reputation, provider behavior or that every message is signed correctly.
• Tracking checks do not prove that an analytics or advertising event actually fired in a browser.
• Conversion observations do not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue or conversion improvement.
• Dynamic JavaScript, consent systems, network conditions, third-party blocking and runtime-only behavior may affect what the tools can detect.

Tools may change, be rate-limited, become temporarily unavailable, or return incomplete information. Recheck important findings with the relevant platform, provider or a qualified specialist.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the website or tools to test private or internal systems without authorization, bypass safety controls, abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful content, introduce secrets into public forms, interfere with availability, or misrepresent tool output.

5. Intellectual property

The original MrUsman.com content, visual design and tools are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use public tool output for your own legitimate evaluation, but you may not copy, resell or misrepresent the website or tools as your own.

Third-party names, trademarks, interfaces, screenshots and content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Portfolio and project references

The site presents selected projects, sanitized evidence and, where stated, representative interface compositions to explain work and capabilities. A project or company reference does not transfer ownership of a client brand, source material or third-party trademark, and it does not imply endorsement beyond the relationship accurately described on the page.

7. Project enquiries

Submitting a contact message or project brief starts a conversation only. It does not create a contract, fixed price, guaranteed timeline, reservation of capacity or obligation to provide services. Scope, price, timing, responsibilities and deliverables must be agreed separately.

8. Support

The public support form is a triage route for an existing system. Submitting it does not create an emergency-response commitment, guaranteed resolution time or service-level agreement unless one has been agreed separately. Do not submit passwords, API keys, tokens, payment data or private credentials.

9. Payments

The payment page is only for a payment reference, type and USD amount already agreed with you. Check those details before continuing. The payment provider handles the transaction, and its terms and privacy practices apply.

A payment does not independently define project scope or replace a separate agreement. Refund or cancellation treatment depends on the applicable project agreement and payment-provider rules; this page does not create a separate refund policy. The current handoff does not itself confirm payment success.

10. No guarantee

No public page or tool guarantees search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, inbox delivery, tracking accuracy, uninterrupted third-party services, or absolute security. Statements about past work or project evidence are not promises of identical future results.

11. Responsibility and limitations

You are responsible for deciding whether a public result is suitable for your situation, maintaining backups, protecting credentials and obtaining authorization before testing a destination. MrUsman.com is provided with reasonable care, but errors, interruptions or incomplete public evidence can occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for loss arising from use of the public site is limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. External services

External links, PayPal, Google Fonts, messaging and social platforms are controlled by their respective providers. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. MrUsman.com is not responsible for the availability or content of an external service.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated when the public website, tools or commercial paths change. The date at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the revised public terms apply from that point.
