Each section keeps its own deterministic score. The combined figure is the plain average of the sections that completed.
What the combined score does and does not mean
The combined figure is an average of completed section scores, not a weighted business metric. A section that could not run is excluded from the average and listed under the report. Every finding keeps the exact wording, evidence and next step from its own tool.
