Ask about this proposal
Have a question about scoping or pricing this project? Leave your email and Mr Usman will reply. Your proposal stays in this browser either way, and email is never required to use the tool.
How the studio works
A scoped proposal, priced correctly, in one workspace
01
Answer a brief for your project type
Six project types each ask their own questions. The answers suggest deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria and client responsibilities — as editable draft content, never as confirmed facts about your project.
02
Write the scope in your own words
Every suggested line is editable, removable and reorderable. Sections can be switched off without losing their content, and you can add sections of your own.
03
Price it and split the payments
Line total is quantity times rate, the discount applies to the subtotal and tax to what is left. Milestones split the payable total and must reconcile to it exactly; any rounding is shown on the document.
04
Choose one of four document designs
Executive Editorial, Modern Agency, Technical Blueprint and Minimal Premium are structurally different documents, not colour variants. Switching keeps every edit, the section order and all pricing.
05
Export, or invoice a stage
Download a real PDF with selectable text and page numbers, export the scope as Markdown or the whole draft as JSON, and send any milestone to Invoice Studio with its tax treatment intact.
A document tool, not a legal or accounting system
The approval block is a placeholder for signature: nothing typed into this tool creates an executed agreement or a verified electronic signature. No price is ever suggested, because a market rate this tool has not seen would be an invention — work that cannot be priced yet is carried at nil and flagged instead. The PDF is a visual document, not structured eInvoice data, and drafts are saved only in the browser you build them in.
Review every proposal for accuracy, and take your own advice on contract and tax matters. By using this tool, you agree to the Terms of Use.
