What it does
A finished listing video, not a video editor.
Built for one job: turning the photos you already have into a short vertical video that looks good in a feed, without timelines, plug-ins or a monthly fee.

The portable ZIP runs from any folder you can write to, without installing. The source archives are the corresponding source for the open-source libraries in the app, offered under their licences (LGPL and others); you do not need them to use the app.

Honest limits
What it does not do.
- It makes vertical 9:16 videos only. Square and landscape formats are planned.
- Text is in English only for now. Arabic and Urdu text are planned.
- No music or stock photos are included. Use your own photos and music you have the rights to.
- It does not post to Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp for you. You upload the exported MP4 yourself.
- It is not an AI video generator: it does not invent rooms, voices or footage.
- HEIC photos are not supported yet. Convert them to JPG first.
- Windows only for now. There is no Mac or phone version.
- The installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows may show an Unknown publisher warning (see the FAQ).
Installing
Install and activate in five steps.
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows may warn you the first time. Here is exactly what you will see and what to do. Your browser may also say the file is not commonly downloaded: choose Keep.
Download the installer and, if you can, compare its SHA-256 checksum with the one on this page.
Double-click the installer. If Windows shows a blue Windows protected your PC window, click More info, then Run anyway. This appears because the installer is not code-signed yet.
Accept the licence terms and choose the install folder (the default is fine). Administrator rights are not required.
Open Real Estate Reel Maker from the Start menu. On some PCs the very first start takes longer while security software scans the new program. This is normal and only happens once.
To activate: open Licence settings in the app, copy your Machine code, send it to us, then paste the key we send back and press Apply licence.

Who is Real Estate Reel Maker for?
Real estate agents, brokerages and property marketers who post listings on Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp Status and want a good-looking video without editing skills or a monthly subscription.
How much does it cost?
A single licence is AED 149 (about US$41), paid once. It covers 1 PC plus 1 backup PC and includes 1 year of updates. After the year the version you have keeps working forever; an optional update renewal is AED 49 (about US$13) for another year of updates. The 14-day trial is free.
Is it the same licence as ListingReady?
No. It is a separate app with its own licence key. If you already use ListingReady, your machine code is the same, so we can issue both keys from one message.
Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?
No. The app makes the video entirely on your own computer. It does not send photos, music, listing details or project files to any server.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. You can install it, use it and activate a licence key without internet. The only online action is the Buy a licence button, which opens this website in your browser.
Will the video look right on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp?
It exports the format these apps ask for: vertical 1080 x 1920, 30 frames per second, H.264 with AAC sound. Text and logos stay inside the safe area that the apps leave clear of their buttons. The apps re-compress every upload, so the result there is a little softer than the file on your PC.
Can I use any music?
You can add any MP3, M4A or WAV file, but you must have the right to use it in an advert. Royalty-free and CC0 music libraries are a safe choice. The app does not include music.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The app includes a 14-day full-feature trial with no watermark and no export limit. After the trial you can still open the app, edit and save projects; exporting needs a licence key.
What happens after the trial if I do not buy?
Your photos and projects are never deleted or locked. You can keep editing and saving projects. Only exporting is paused until you enter a licence key.
How does the licence work?
A licence is a one-time purchase that includes one year of updates. After that year, the version you have keeps working forever; you only need to renew if you want newer versions. A licence key is tied to one PC. You can have a second key for one backup PC.
Can I move the licence to a new computer?
Yes. Send us the new machine code and we will issue a replacement key. There is no automatic transfer because the app does not phone home.
Why does Windows show an Unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning?
The installer is not code-signed yet, and Windows warns about any new unsigned installer. Also, on some PCs the very first start after installing can take longer while security software scans the new program. Check the SHA-256 checksum we publish for the installer to confirm it is the genuine file, then choose More info and Run anyway if you are comfortable.
Do you offer refunds?
Please use the free 14-day trial first; it exists so you can check the app on your own listings before paying. Once your key has been issued, the licence is not refundable. The exceptions are being charged twice, not receiving a working key, or us being unable to get the app to install or activate on a supported PC after reasonable help. Is it safe to install? What does it include?
The app is built from open, commercially licensed components. Video is encoded with FFmpeg under the LGPL; its source code and the sources of the other open-source libraries are offered for download next to the installer, and the full notices are inside the app under About. It has no ads, no tracking and no hidden background services.
