Use Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Download from mrusman.com and check the published SHA-256. Run Setup and choose a folder in your user account. Administrator rights are not needed.
The installer is unsigned. Windows may show SmartScreen. For the trusted download, choose More info → Run anyway. Read and accept the EULA to continue.
For the portable ZIP, extract the whole ZIP into a writable folder. Run Real Estate Reel Maker.exe. Keep its resources folder with it. Local settings and the trial use the same Windows app-data folder as the installed app.
Choose New reel, then Choose photos. Import 3–30 JPG, PNG or WebP photos. You can also drop photos onto the app. Drag thumbnails to reorder them, or use their arrow buttons. Select a photo to adjust its duration, motion and framing. Click the preview to choose its focus point.
Pan across moves across a wide room. Fill crops the image to fill the vertical frame. Fit with blurred background keeps the whole photo visible. Small-photo warnings do not block export.
Choose Clean, Bold or Luxury in Template. Use Listing for the title, status, location, price and features. Leave a field empty to hide it. Choose No status to hide the status. Use Brand for your logo, contact details and colours. Saved brand profiles can be reused. Each project keeps its own copy of those settings.
Supply your own advertising permit and QR if needed. The app displays them; it does not issue or validate permits.

Space plays or pauses. Left and Right step through frames. Use the seek bar to scrub. Use Ctrl+S to save, Ctrl+Shift+S for Save As, Ctrl+O to open and Ctrl+Z to undo outside a text field.
Open Music and choose a local MP3, M4A/AAC or WAV file. Choose a trim start, volume and fades. Loop repeats the remaining track; End in silence stops it. Even out loudness is on for new reels. Listen before exporting.
Use music you have the rights to. No music is bundled. Social apps may mute or remove copyrighted music.
Choose Export video, then a destination and file name. Standard - smaller file uses a lower bitrate. High - higher bitrate, larger file uses more space. Both export a vertical 1080×1920 MP4 at 30 fps. Music is stereo AAC.
Also save a cover JPG writes a separate vertical cover. Existing videos and covers are not replaced. Cancel removes unfinished outputs. When export finishes, use Open folder or Show file. Check the video, text, music and cover before publishing.
Single edition · 1 PC + 1 backup PC · 1 year of updates · your covered build keeps working.
The full trial lasts 14 days. When it ends, you can still open, edit, preview and save projects. Export needs a key. A covered version keeps working after its update period ends; newer versions may need an update renewal.
Open Licence settings. Copy the machine code and send it to the owner. Paste the key you receive and choose Apply licence. A backup PC needs its own machine code and second key. Each product needs its own key. Buy a licence opens mrusman.com in your system browser. There is no online activation.
Windows N edition: install the Media Feature Pack through Windows Optional Features, then restart. If another encoder is available, the app may offer it.
Disk full or blocked folder: free space or choose a writable destination. Keep removable drives connected until export finishes.
Licence files busy: close backup or antivirus scans and try again. Your projects remain available. Do not edit the trial record or reset the system clock.
Missing media: relink the photo, choose the music file again, or export without music. Keep the original files with your project.
Use Test again in Export if an encoder cannot start. Copy diagnostics in Licence settings gives technical details for you to review and send yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.
Projects are .prs files in the folders you choose. They link to your photos and music. Save updates the open project; Save As makes a separate copy. Keep the original media.
To uninstall, open Windows Settings → Apps, find Real Estate Reel Maker and choose Uninstall. Uninstall removes program files and keeps your projects, photos, exports, settings and licence data. For the portable ZIP, close the app and remove its extracted program folder when you no longer need it.
Settings and licence data use the property-reel-studio folder in Windows roaming app data. You can review the EULA and Open-source notices from About. This guide and those documents are also in the program's resources folder.
